Help you understand your back, symptoms and causes of pain
Focus on movements, breath work and relaxation to support space and ease in the body
Provide go home tools to continue to live with more ease
Address mental barriers and mindset to living pain free
This course is for desk workers, sports enthusiasts, sofa lovers, dog walkers and all the in between.

This event will take you through mindful meditation and practices to deepen the awareness of our bodies and minds, which has been proven to strengthen emotional regulation, acceptance and a sense of calm. I am a fully qualified Yoga Therapist, Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction and Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy practitioner having have previously delivered 8 week programs on social prescription. I incorporate this knowledge with the healing powers of yoga and embodied movement to deliver this special event.
