I attended Beth‘s 1 to 1 online class and it was perfect! Beth not only introduced me to the basics of Yoga, she also gave me insights on the theoretical background and showed me breathing techniques. Her demonstrations, ques and guidance are clear and on point ! Plenty of variations for all levels offered - for newbies and more seasoned yogis, you take it as deep as you like ! Lovely opportunity to either talk at the beginning or end of class to ask questions, also you not obliged to talk or go on video of you don’t want to.
