Join The Happy Back Club, a friendly monthly drop-in designed to help you improve mobility, build flexibility, increase your range of movement, and manage pain—all in a relaxed, supportive and joyful atmosphere.
This is for you if you:
Want to keep your back healthy and resilient for the long term (runners, climbers, cyclists and active movers—we see you!)
Spend hours sitting or standing and are starting to notice those niggles, aches and pains
Live with chronic pain, whether in your back or elsewhere in your body

Whether you have chronic back pain, frequent niggles and aches or wish to maintain a healthy spine this workshop is for you.
This workshop will:
Focus on accessible movements, breath work and relaxation to support space and ease in the body
Understand how to increase strength and awareness in the body
Provide go home tools to continue to maintain a healthy spine and body
Address mental barriers and mindset around pain management
This course is for desk workers, sports enthusiasts, sofa lovers, dog walkers and all the in between.

Fold Yoga Studio, Macclesfield
This event will take you through mindful meditation and practices to deepen the awareness of our bodies and minds, which has been proven to strengthen emotional regulation, acceptance and a sense of calm. I am a fully qualified Yoga Therapist, Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction and Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy practitioner having have previously delivered 8 week programs on social prescription. I incorporate this knowledge with the healing powers of yoga and embodied movement to deliver this special event.
